From Colombo, take the Colombo-Katunayake Expressway (E03) towards Katunayake. Take the Minuwangoda exit and continue towards Divulapitiya. From Minuwangoda, follow the Negombo-Mirigama Road towards Divulapitiya. Continue along Negombo Road until you reach Senuri Grand Castello, located at 166/22, Negombo Road, Divulapitiya.
From Colombo, take a bus towards Negombo or Minuwangoda and get down at Divulapitiya. From Divulapitiya town, take a local bus or tuk-tuk along Negombo Road towards Minuwangoda/Negombo. Senuri Grand Castello is located along the main road and is easily accessible from Divulapitiya town.

Our story began long before we ever knew it would become a love story. I first knew Sachith when I was just 11, when we were simply two kids travelling on the same school bus. At the time, he was just someone I knew from school. Little did I know that this boy would one day become my best friend, my first love, and my forever.
As the years passed, we grew closer and started spending more time together. Somewhere between school days, little conversations and all those ordinary moments, something changed. When I was 16 and he was 17, we realised that what we had was no longer just a friendship. We had fallen for each other.
It was young, innocent and completely new to us - but somehow, it felt right.
We didn't just fall in love, we grew up together. We had dreams for our futures, and we promised ourselves that we would work hard and become the people we wanted to be.
I worked towards my dream of becoming a doctor, while Sachith worked towards his dream of becoming a software engineer. There were long days, difficult moments and many challenges along the way, but having each other made the journey a little easier.
Our journey wasn't always easy. In the beginning, our families didn't accept our relationship, and there were times when everything felt incredibly difficult. But even then, we chose to hold on to each other and keep moving forward.
We worked hard, followed our dreams and proved that what we had was worth fighting for. Eventually, our families understood our love and gave us their blessing. After all those years of growing together, we finally got engaged in 2023 - another beautiful chapter in our story.
From two children on the same school bus to two people building their own lives, it feels almost impossible to believe how far we've come.
He was my first love at 16, my best friend through all these years, and now, he is the person I get to spend the rest of my life with.
After growing up together, chasing our dreams, overcoming challenges and choosing each other again and again, we're finally ready for our next chapter.
This time, it's forever. ❤️

The Wedding Timeline
The groom and his family are welcomed at the venue's entrance with traditional Kandyan dancers and drumming (Hewisi). Following age-old customs, the bride's brother performs the traditional washing of the groom's feet.
The centerpiece of a traditional Sinhalese wedding. The couple ascends the decorated wooden platform (Poruwa) to exchange betel leaves, rings, tie their index fingers with gold thread, and hear the blessings of Jayamangala Gatha.
The newlyweds, together with their immediate family members, light the traditional brass oil lamp, symbolizing brightness, prosperity, and the commencement of a new life together.
Sharing the sweet moments. The couple cuts the wedding cake and feeds each other, denoting their first meal as husband and wife.
A grand celebratory buffet dinner/lunch offering rich Sri Lankan delicacies, accompanied by pleasant music, toasts, and dancing to celebrate the union.
After seeking final blessings from their parents and guests, the bride and groom depart to start their new journey.
